1. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to meet any one of these requirements renders your account invalid and 399be reserves the right to close your account and retain any funds that were obtained in violation of these terms.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 399be strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and may request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to use online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration and must keep this information updated.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either voluntary or imposed, nor have an account that was previously suspended or terminated by 399be.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 399be platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, email address, device, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of any associated balances or winnings. 399be uses advanced identity verification technology to detect duplicate accounts.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

5. Bonuses & Promotions
